Hi Stranger,💙  Welcome back to my blog. Today I had a long conversation with my best friend  Dolma Lhamo . She is one of my oldest and dearest friends we’ve shared a 24 year long friendship. Even though we now live in two different countries, our souls are always connected. She is the one person I can share all my ups and downs with, and I know she feels the same about me. To be honest, I’ve always found it easier to share everything with my friends rather than my siblings. My elder brother and sister often criticize me especially my sister. I can’t remember the last time I heard something encouraging from her. Recently, I told her I wanted to create content in English. I explained that even though I work extremely hard on my Tibetan YouTube channel, the audience and growth are limited. But instead of supporting me, she told me my English was horrible and that I should let AI speak for me instead. That hurt. To me,  language is just a channel to share a message . Accent ...

Yes, Sonam is truly my little Guru.

Hello Strangers, I don’t know how many of you are reading my blog, but I know there are a few who enjoy listening to my news on YouTube. Yet, on YouTube, I can’t express everything the way I can here. There, I always have to appear as a strong and independent woman. But to be honest, I’m tired of pretending to be someone perfect. Nobody is perfect not me, not anyone. We all have both positive and negative sides, right? I like spending time alone reading articles, creating content, and staying busy in my own little world.  For years, I haven’t felt the need to make new friends or gossip about others.  I simply prefer keeping to myself. Maybe that makes me selfish, but even though I’m often alone, I rarely feel lonely. I have so many dreams and goals to achieve in my life. Recently, after a long time, I reconnected with an old friend, Tso. She’s a true gem to me, well-educated and independent and now she’s also a mother.  Our friendship goes back 25 years.  We were sch...

A glimpsed into my school life.....

Hi All,  Welcome back to my blog, I am wondering if anyone is interested to read my blog, as I am just an ordinary woman with ordinary stories.  I think if I keep writing and reading  languages that I know, I can improve myself hence I started blogging in Chinese, English, Tibetan. Life is all about putting extra effort no matter what we do in our life, I  believe that if we work smart plus hard then somehow we will get a fruitful result. When I was in school ,to be honest, I was a back -bencher that teachers and hostel warden, school captains were pissed off with and they consider I am a hopeless student.  When they point out the names of the worst students, they always mention my name  Tenzin namchoe,  bluh bluh ...... I am in blacklist of Suja school captains and hostel warden, they hate me from core of their heart always punish me and call me to warden's home and captains room gave same piece of nonsense shitty ...

Tibetan prostration benefit

Image
Hi all; Welcome back to my blog, let me jot down the benefits of Tibetan prostration, as  this is a frequently asked question by  some non Tibetan friends.  Let me share my little knowledge about it.  As you know being a Tibetan, prostration became part of our daily ritual, we were born in a Buddhist society hence rituals like prayer , prostration, chanting mantra , meditation, automatically adopted in  our life from the moment we were born.  When I was in Lhasa, I remember whenever  we visited monasteries like Jokhang temple, Sera monastery, Dephung monastery, Gaden monastery.. Before stepping inside the monastery first thing we need to do is remove our hat, prostrate 3 times and then   prayer for the whole sentient being free from suffering and be happy,  which symbolises respect to the temple and god, then we can step inside. Not only during monastery visit, even inside every Tibetan home we have  altar, a special  room...

Product review on Estee Lauder advanced night repair synchronised multi recovery complex serum

Image
Hi beautiful girls, Welcome back to my blog, today I am writing a product review  on  Estee Lauder advanced night repair synchronised multi recovery complex serum, huh what a long name.😏 I  been using this serum since 2019, it became one of my favourite serums and always in my shopping list or buy backlist. I am using it every night  before sleep, this is an advanced night repair serum but  we can use both Am and Pm it up to your skin requirement  and your budget.  It helps skin maximise its overall natural rhythm of repair and protection. This deep and fast penetrating serum reduces the look of multiple signs of aging smoother and less lined, younger, more radiant and even toned. Also helps for aging caused by environmental factors like pollution, UV radiation, blue ray, and unhealthy lifestyle. When we talk about having a good complexion, we can't depend 100% on an expensive serum or  any skincare product. Most importa...
