How to stay younger

Hello every one !!
I am back and how you guys doing ?
Today, I have a secret to share with  all my lovely ladies over there as many of us wants to stay young, healthy, fit.
When comes to beauty most of us fooled by beauty industry and we tend to spend lots of money on purchasing varieties of beauty product which hardly bring difference on us, but we still spending money on it, like anti-aging serum, mask, whitening cream etc.
In reality there are lots of other method which can help us to stay fit and young, have a radiant  glow skin.
Here I want to tell you some of recent practice of mine, I never go  to spa, facial massage or vampire facial what so ever..
I don’t believe in those treatment, it might bring temporarily result to brighter your skin or looking younger but you must aware side effect of chemical reaction to your skin, either ended up skin cancer or damage your skin cell.
Best thing to keep ourselves beautiful young and healthy is:

Eat healthy:

Yes, we are living in a very busy lifestyle, we need to do our 9hours job, plus cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, traveling home to office..etc.
Hence, we become lazy to cook healthy meal for ourselves, we become  more lazier than when we were in school or college life, we are in love with short cut, directly go for frozen food, junk food, package food, or order food  from online. Which is key reason why we have to start wearing XS to Larger size.
Ladies, start find time to cook healthy food once in a day at home, rather than holding phone and following  celebrities on Instagram.
A healthy bowl of salad or half boiled vegetable, green leafy vegetable, peas, nuts, curd, rice, fruits.
Cook sufficient for next day’s lunch, pack it and have it on office lunch, your healthy food might inspired your colleagues, you can give a small tips to your colleagues how to stay healthy an young.

Sweat it out:

Sweating is helpful to your pores open up and  clarify toxic from your skin, as many of us have habit of sitting and literally doing zero physical exercise, and hardly sweat in a day.
We consume junk food plus there is no physical exercise, when comes to exercise you might think you need to enroll for a gym membership, oh nooo, you don’t have to pay a single penny for stay fit. My dear, we can do it by ourselves, trust me we can swear it out in our small houses, terrace, or in our work places, by walking, running, claim steps, what I am doing is I am going for daily walk 6 rounds of office building, our new office building is not that big .Hence 6 round helping me sweat out.
I am not a fan of Yoga, I am not a gym person either, what I love to do is walk, walk, walk and sweat.
Two month back I have enrolled we work gym member ship, I paid 1700 RS plus tax total around 2000 RS for a month, I was so determined and bought gym clothes, shoes, bra from amazon.in. I  was determined for first few days, and then I was forcing myself go to gym because i paid and i must forcing  myself at lest  go to gym for a month, and then 2nd week I quit because I realized that I am torturing myself physically and mentally, because I am not happy what I was doing in gym, lifting heavy things, listening to trainer and i felt  like i am back to school or an army camp,  I need to follow trainer's instruction. trainer forcing me do 20 crunches or different Ab workout. which was so painful.  I hate it.. and I stopped going to gym. but it doesn’t stop me to stay young and healthy, because, I am walking  breathing fresh air every  morning, always enjoying sun bath receiving vitamin D . Not like inside gym, earlier in the morning, listening to lousy music and breathing unhealthy artificial air-conditioned air, forget about vitamin D lol.

DIY:

Actually, we don’t have to spend money on expensive face mask or serum, we can make lots of organic face mask at home, like Aloe Vera, we can apply that gel directly  on our face which have big beneficial on our complexion, like remove tan, reduce acne, dark circle, blemish, brightening  our skin, etc.
We can mixed honey, oats, milk, put on our face which help us to whiting and moisture our skin.
We can put cucumber on our face as a facial mask which give lots of hydration and remove dullness, anti-aging property.
Likewise, we have many grandmother’s old recipes which is chemical, alcohol free, free from side effect.
DIY beauty recipes might not give you immediate result but you need to use it regularly, which is unlike product produced from beauty industry but that’s best one.

Water:

We all know that we have to drink 8 glasses of water in a day, keeping a good habit of drinking water or green tea, which will improve your complexion, a radiant glows complexion, pimple free skin, water helps remove all toxic from your body. Hence best way to hydrate your skin is first hydrate your immune system.

Inner peace:

To stay young, healthy, fit, beautiful above factor are very crucial plus inner peace playing greater role in us, many people who always think negatively and worrying, level of stress is higher than normal people might causes quick aging plus ruined your health or die young.
If you want to look younger than your age, you have to be happy, be positive,be yourself, be  kind, compassionate one.
i am not discouraging any one of you, not to go gym but i just expressing my personal experience, i am a person who always following my heart and choosing right thing for myself rather than been a copy cat. just follow your heart , if you find happiness going to gym, gym is a right place to shape your body and if you are bit lazy like me yet want to stay young and healthy, walking is best option for us.
love yourself more and cherish whoever you are, what your parents granted for you, you don't need a plastic surgery or vampire facial to look good, inner beauty is more important than outer beauty and follow natural recipe to look more attractive or seductive.
