Today is Diwali or Deepavali, "the festival of lights"the largest and brightest Hindu festival. Meanwhile, i am enjoying this raining day, a peaceful day, off from all stressful office work, enjoying a quality time in front of my computer with a cup of Indian Masala tea, and jotting  down some thought which  came to my mind. yesterday a colleague post an emotional status in Face book, :''This is first Diwali away from home and feeling emotional''. I came to India in year 2000, left everything i have in Tibet and started a new journey with a new resolution, life is ups and downs but if we have a strong heart , nothing can defeat us and our dream can come true, with my strong commitment, i completed my dream, a dream  to be an educated woman, an independent woman. i have more dream left to complete,to empower more people around me to be strong inside and keep dreaming, remember, tomorrow is  always a better day. i notice, Indian youth around me, so fragile...

A photo from my Goa trip Here I am sharing a photo with a cutie doggy from my last trip in Goa. What are some of the more endearing reason why dogs are and always will be human's best friend? To put it simply, dog is most adorable animal, dogs do all of the little things that put smiles on your face. it never forget the connection they share with you, and if you are good to them, you will leave a lasting impact on then that they will never shake off. Dogs will always be there whether you 're thrilled, depressed, happy or anywhere in between... Such an awesome friend of us, we should give all our love and care, but some greedy people eating this cute animal, torturing them, I don't understand, why these people have no mercy to this little creature? I met an adorable doggy on the seashore and he became my cutie little buddy..... missing those happy time with my friends........ love animals and try to be a vegetarian.. They all are innocent, I wa...

A photo speak louder than a word. Smoking is a social custom in the PRC. China is the world's largest consumer and producer of tobacco. Due to Chinese influence and occupation. In Tibet smoking is considered socially acceptable there is no restriction in public area, near the temple, restaurant, public transportation, and any age group, gender have the habit of smoking.   This gentle man have collected cigarette butts near Jokhang temple and promoted a social awareness to public. He emphasized :"Stop smoking in front of holy Jokhang Temple, reduce one cigarette, increase a pure holy place". If every one initiate like him than we can create a better and healthier world. we are living in a world  full of competition  on physical materials in order to  fulfill our desire and greed , our life is dominated by the negative thought which we need to overcome by practicing love and compassion in our daily life.. last summer holiday, i spent a quality of time with Geshi Tseden Norbu lak  who is a simple monk like many  other  Tibetans  escaped to India in 1959,  he dedicated his life on practicing Buddha Darma and praying for world peace.   He taught me how to overcome negative emotion through kindness and by keeping other people as first priority  in our  life. His genuine smile and great personality is loved by all the monks in Gedan Monastery.  so, through this platform i would like to tell you all:  in our Tibetan community there are many monks like him...

Hello to all my dearest friend : Special thanks to my dearest best friend (Dolma Lhamo )sending this extraordinary book to me and its most precious gift I have received so far..... And thank you for your beautiful friend ship..... I just read introduction and preface part of this noble book but it brought Countless tear and pain inside of my heart specially this words by Gyalo Thondup brother of H.H.The Dalailama:"I hope that younger generation can bring a new approach to our old problems. I hope they can learn from our mistakes...  Without this history, the new generation now taking the stage will not be able to reverse the mistakes of the past'...... we the younger generation need to do so much... its time to fight for our justice and human right.....through modern education and non violence approach...
